Sport Association of Monthoiron

Optional gymnastics classes

Welcome on the website of the Sport Association of Monthoiron.


For 4 years now, our club is offering sports activities, allowing people to relax themselves after a day of work and also to reconnect with their body in order to feel better session after session.

Our lessons are adapted to everyone's level and take place in cheerfulness because we really want to progresse in a good atmosphere.

The association office consists of :

About our sport coach

Richard Esteban is the sport coach of the association. He has sport degrees and had follow different formations in sport too. Thanks to the experience he has gained in sport animation with other optional gymnastic sport associations Richard also assures good conduct of every lessons and public reception.

Futhermore, relaxation courses are put in place from time to time.


Events

You can join our association the 27th of April, at Monthoiron square for our annual bric-a-brac trade.

Come with us in September for a ramble and mountain-bike, all along the country roads of our village.

Also, our general assembly will take place in September.
